What we collect
We collect the information needed to prepare and fulfil your order, including your name, contact details, shipping address, artwork selections, personalization instructions, proof approvals, and order history.
Payments
Payments are processed on Stripe-hosted checkout. Ledger & Co. does not receive or store your complete card number. Stripe may process billing, fraud-prevention, and payment information under its own privacy terms.
Production and delivery
We share the minimum order, artwork, recipient, and shipping information needed by Prodigi and its production and delivery partners to manufacture and deliver your order.
How we use and retain data
We use order data to provide proofs, fulfil purchases, support customers, prevent fraud, comply with law, and maintain accounting records. Production assets and proofs are access-controlled and retained only as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, support, and legal obligations.
Your choices
Your browser may store your shopping bag locally. You can clear it through your browser settings. To request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information, contact the support address listed in your order confirmation.
