Production timing
Canvas production typically takes 2–5 business days after proof approval. These estimates can change with product availability, order volume, and production review.
Shipping
Current checkout is limited to supported U.S. addresses. The available shipping service and price are validated through Prodigi and shown before payment. Transit estimates begin after production and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Changes and cancellations
Contact support promptly if an address or order detail is wrong. Changes are not guaranteed after a proof is approved or production begins.
Damage or production defects
Inspect your order on arrival. If it arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a production defect, contact the support address in your order confirmation within 7 days and include the order reference plus clear photos of the item and packaging.
Returns
Because each piece is made to order, returns for preference changes may be limited, especially after personalization is approved. Eligible remedies for damage, defects, or incorrect fulfilment will be handled according to applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
